What is your return policy?
We accept returns that are initiated within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is unworn.
What are the shipping options?
Items are shipped through USPS First class mail which means once the item is sent out it will arrive to its destination within 1-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
After completing your purchase you will be sent an email indicating when your item has been shipped with a tracking number you can use to track the status of the item.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Email us as soon as possible detailing the changes that you would like to make to you order. If it is after your item has been shipped unfortunately we aren't able to make any adjustments.
New With Tags- Pristine, never used condition. Tags still attached.
New Without Tags- No wear to the item. Never used condition, but without tags.
Excellent - Only slight signs of wear. Does not diminish the overall appearance of the item.
Very Good - Well-maintained. Shows minor signs of wear that are consistent with light use. Good - Shows signs of regular use. Item shows visible wear.
Every item is inspected and reviewed to ensure top quality and authentication. It is checked in Italy by our buyer and then when it is received in the US we inspect everything again here. Ritacou’s items are all authenticated in house ensuring that you are getting the finest quality product on the market. Products of higher value are additionally authenticated by Real Authentication (realauthentication.com). Ritacou has an authentication guarantee.
